Community Oven

Community oven it is a large oven built in hard granitic stone and it is used by all the inhabitants of this Mountain Village. It is also a place of tradition, of generations who pass on their rye bread recipes, ingredient harvested in the fields of Videmonte. It is at the Bread Festival that these traditions come to life and the secrets of rye bread are shared.
